Zarinsky, 394 N.J. Super. 421 (App. Div. 2007) and People v. King, 61 N.Y.2d 550, 463 N.E.2d 601, 475 N.Y.S.2d 260 (N.Y., Mar 29, 1984).  Clara also is experienced in petitioning for certification to the New Jersey Supreme Court, a Court in which most cases are accepted only by permission, and currently has a case which that Court has accepted and is pending on appeal, New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services v. A.L., A-5799-09T3 (App. Div. June 20, 2011).  Clara has the legal knowledge needed to handle briefing and oral arguments before appellate courts throughout New Jersey.
